Changing developers didn't help: the release of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 has been postponed again
It's no secret that RPG Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 has been in a multi-year production hell. It was supposed to be released back in 2019, but was repeatedly postponed, and its development was even handed over to another studio - The Chinese Room, the author of Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and Still Wakes the Deep.
Here's What We Know
The Chinese Room and Paradox Interactive promised that Bloodlines 2 would be released in autumn 2024, but even this deadline turned out to be impossible. The developers said that they decided to postpone the game's release to the first half of 2025.
They claim that the new instalment of Vampire: The Masquerade is already in excellent technical condition and could have been released already, but the companies decided to take some more time to make the game even better.
The Chinese Room promises that the long wait for Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 will not be in vain and gamers will get a great RPG, and the remaining time before the release the studio will actively share the details of the project.
The game will be released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
