Leaked invitation to iPhone 16 event turned out to be fake (video)
There are only a few weeks left before the launch of the iPhone 16 line, but fake information leaks about the event have already appeared. Recently, a fake invitation to the presentation of the new series appeared that looked extremely realistic.
Here's What We Know
A whistleblower, Majin Bu, shared it on platform X, and many believed it was an official invitation.
Fun fact: i made the "leaked" Apple Event invite in less than 10 minutes using figma and an Ai generated texture

and i sent it to the leaker just because i was bored pic.twitter.com/3tX9QgUy4p
The invitation contained details such as the Apple logo in Desert Titanium, which seemed to confirm the debut of the iPhone 16 Pro. However, as it turned out, it was just a joke from user @lorevfx, who created the fake poster in just 10 minutes using Figma and artificial intelligence.
@lorevfx admitted that he did it out of boredom and even shared a video of the creation process.
It is worth noting that the iPhone 16 lineup is likely to be unveiled on 10 September, but this is only an assumption at the moment, as Apple has not yet confirmed the exact date.
