THQ Nordic has revealed the release date for Titan Quest 2, but there is a significant nuance
THQ Nordic publishing house and Grimlore Games studio have published news that will simultaneously please some gamers and upset others.
Here's What We Know
The developers reported that the expected isometric action-RPG Titan Quest 2 will be released this winter. But, unfortunately, there are two nuances:
- The game will be released in Early Access and will obviously be far from a finished look.
- The early access version of Titan Quest 2 will be available only on PC, and users of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles will have to wait for the full release, the dates of which are marked with the vague wording "in 2025".
As a reminder, Titan Quest 2 is a direct sequel to the iconic 2006 game. Players will again visit ancient Greece, filled with various mythological creatures, and the main antagonist this time will be the goddess of retribution Nemesis, who seeks to break the Threads of Fate and throw the whole world into chaos.
Players will get a huge flexibility in character development and will be able to freely combine the abilities of different classes. Titan Quest 2 can be played alone or in co-operative mode.
