Earlier an insider said that the "Don't expect it soon": a popular blogger has revealed when the release of dystopian action game Phantom Blade Zero might take place, but this fact does not prevent Sony to actively promote the novelty from the Chinese studio S-Game.

Chinese developers brought to gamescom a new demo version of Phantom Blade Zero and offer visitors and journalists to try out the game.

And for those who are not present at the event in Cologne, the studio presented a spectacular gameplay video, which shows fragments from the actual demo. Viewers were shown several dynamic fights with bosses, and they show Phantom Blade Zero's combat system at its best.

Let us remind you that Phantom Blade Zero is set in a fantastic universe, which combines oriental culture, steampunk and occultism. The main character is an assassin named Soul. During his mission he was killed, but the mysterious Healer managed to bring Soul back to life. The hero will be able to live only 66 days, during which he has to complete all his tasks.

Phantom Blade Zero is being created on Unreal Engine 5 and will be available on PC and PlayStation 5.
