An exclusive video has been published online that gives a look at gameplay for the new Spiritborn class in Diablo 4

At gamescom 2024, the demo of the Vessel of Hatred expansion for Diablo 4 was offered to visitors, so GameRiot Channel was able to record an exclusive gameplay video and share it with viewers.

Here's What We Know

The footage shown shows gameplay of Diablo 4's new Spiritborn class, which will debut in Vessel of Hatred and become the most mobile character in the franchise's history.

Gamers were shown Spiritborn's ability to summon Nature Spirits, including a jaguar, a gorilla, an eagle, and a giant centipede. Each of them has unique abilities that can be combined in battle and thus effectively deal with enemies, and Spiritborn himself is not helpless: he is armed with a double-edged glaive and perfectly wields it.

GameRiot's video also gives a look at the atmospheric jungle locations of Nahantu, where players will go in an attempt to thwart the plans of Mephisto, the Lord of Hatred.

When We Can Expect It

Vessel of Hatred will be released on 8 October on PC (Battle.net and Steam) and PlayStation and Xbox consoles of both current generations.
