There will be a lot of entertainment: Planet Coaster 2 developers showed what attractions players will be able to build in the park of their dreams

At gamescom 2024, British studio Frontier Developments presented a trailer of Planet Coaster 2 - the sequel of the highly praised simulator of building and development of amusement parks.

Here's What We Know

In the colourful video the developers reminded about the main innovation of Planet Coaster 2 - water parks and showed what pools, tunnels, slides, mazes and other water-related attractions players can build.

Of course, Planet Coaster 2 will feature a huge number of all kinds of attractions, which can be constructed both from pre-prepared elements and adjust their configuration independently, and you can admire your creation both from above and from the first person - through the eyes of one of the visitors.

Let's remind that in the second part the developers will keep all the distinctive features of Planet Coaster - players need to carefully think over the theme of the park, control the construction of each attraction, monitor safety, competently develop business and attract as many visitors as possible.

In Planet Coaster 2 developers will add a full co-operative mode, which will allow you to build an amusement park in two people, and it will be possible in "Career", "Sandbox" and "Franchise" modes. The game will feature cross-play.

When We Can Expect It

Planet Coaster 2 is expected to release in autumn 2024 on PC(Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
