OnePlus Pad Go has received an update with improvements and an August security patch

OnePlus has released the OxygenOS 14.0.0.0.806 update for the OnePlus Pad Go tablet with India region. The new firmware has been given the number OPD2304_14.0.0.0.806(EX01).

The update includes a number of improvements and fixes aimed at improving the performance and security of the device. Here are the main ones:

• Optimised power consumption to extend battery life
• Improved the interface of swiping down the screen with three fingers to create a screenshot.
• Integrated Android security patch from August 2024 to improve system security.
• Fixed an issue with displaying video playback progress when using the largest font size displayed on the screen.
• Fixed an issue that could cause the Auto Brightness feature to turn on automatically.
• Fixed an issue that could cause the "Screenshot with 3 fingers" feature to not work in the camera interface.

The update is available for OnePlus Pad Go with Indian firmware and will appear on supported devices gradually. Whether this update will roll out to global models is still unknown.
