Insider: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be lighter and thinner than the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Google Pixel 9 Pro XL
Insider @UniverseIce has shared new details about the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone.
Here's What We Know
According to the source, the Korean manufacturer's new flagship will be lighter and thinner than the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Google Pixel 9 Pro XL.
The S25 Ultra will be the thinnest and lightest of all Ultra flagship phones to be released soon, including the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Pixel 9 Pro XL.

We don't know the weight and thickness of the iPhone 16 Pro Max yet. As for the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, we know that it weighs 221 grams and has a body with a thickness of 8.5mm. In comparison, the current Galaxy S24 Ultra weighs 232 grams and comes with an 8.6mm body.
With these numbers in mind, the Galaxy S25 Ultra should be no more than 8.4mm thick and weigh no more than 220 grams.
Incidentally, @UniverseIce also claims that the new product will not only be thinner and lighter than the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, but also than all the flagship Ultra phones that will be released soon.
When We Can Expect It
The Galaxy S25 Ultra release should be expected in early 2025.
