In July this year, Honor launched its new MagicPad 2 tablet in China. Ahead of the global premiere at IFA 2024, the company has demonstrated a new feature of the tablet that can become a real learning assistant.

Here's What We Know

Honor MagicPad 2 has been enhanced with formula recognition thanks to artificial intelligence. Now you can easily convert handwritten equations into digital texts, which will be very useful for both students and teachers. This was demonstrated in a video with PatrickJMT, a well-known author of maths video tutorials. The video shows how AI recognises complex mathematical formulas quickly and accurately.

The tablet will also be presented on 5 September 2024 during the IFA event. It will include other AI features such as voice typing noise reduction, an extensive cloud AI model, and voice-to-text conference conversion for multiple participants.
