Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has passed FCC certification ahead of its official announcement
It's been no secret for a while now that Samsung is working on another smartphone in the Galaxy S24 series, the Galaxy S24 FE. This is confirmed by the FCC certification, which the gadget recently passed.
Here's What We Know
The US version of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has appeared in the agency's database, which passes with the model number SM-S72U. The certification shows that Samsung will equip the device with Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), NFC, Bluetooth, 5G, LTE, GSM, etc. The novelty is expected to support Wi-Fi 6E, wireless charging and wireless reverse charging technology with up to 9W of power.
In addition, the FCC reveals the dimensions of the device: 162 mm in height and 77.3 mm in width. The agency does not specify the thickness of the case.
According to previous leaks and rumours, Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will get a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protective glass, Exynos 2400e processor, triple main camera (50 MP + 12 MP + 8 MP), 10 MP frontal and 4,565 mAh battery.
An official announcement in the global market is expected by the end of September or early October.
