Xiaomi prepares OLED tablet Xiaomi Pad 7 with 24GB RAM and 120W fast charging

Rumour has it that Xiaomi is actively preparing to launch a new generation of Xiaomi Pad 7 tablets, which, according to preliminary data, will take place in October.

However, some details about these devices have already become known thanks to information leaks. In particular, Digital Chat Station (DCS) shared interesting details on Weibo.

According to the report, Xiaomi plans to release three tablet models. Two of them will be equipped with powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processors and LCD displays with a diagonal of 11 to 12 inches.

The third tablet in the series will have an 11-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It will be equipped with a "sub-flagship" Snapdragon 8 series processor, which can be either the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. In the maximum configuration, the tablet will have up to 24 GB of RAM and support for 120W fast charging.

The design of the new products will be similar to the Xiaomi Pad 6 series, and the battery will have a capacity of 10,000 mAh. All models will come preinstalled with HyperOS 2.0.

The launch is likely to coincide with the release of the Xiaomi 15 series in October.
