Samsung makes it easier to answer calls in the One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy S24
Last week, Samsung released the One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy S24 series, adding a host of new features. Among them are two features that make it easier to receive and handle calls.
Here's What We Know
Users can now answer calls by simply tapping the answer icon instead of swiping up on it. This is especially useful if your hands are wet, as the screen registers the touch faster.
New One UI features for the Galaxy S24 in the latest update (AXH7):

There's also the option to set the main speaker as the default audio output for calls. This means that when you answer a call, the voice will come directly from the main speaker unless a headset or Bluetooth device is connected. These features can be found under Settings > Answering and Ending Calls. The One UI 6.1.1.1 update is already available for the Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra in various countries including South Korea, China, Europe, the US and India.
