Sony has shared the statistics of the games that players downloaded the most in August on PlayStation 4/5 in the US, Canada, and Europe.

Black Myth: Wukong became the leader on PlayStation 5 in the US, Canada, and Europe. The game has jumped on the hype train so loudly that it hasn't happened for a long time, so it's quite expected to see this game in first place. On the other hand, Minecraft took the top spot on PlayStation 4.

Players also actively downloaded sports simulators such as College Football 25. Adventure games Star Wars Outlaws, Hogwarts Legacy, and Batman Arkham Knight. Rockstar projects such as GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 were also popular.
