Samsung Galaxy A55 has started receiving a new security update in Europe

Samsung is starting to roll out a new security update from the month of September and one of the first to receive it is the A-series flagship smartphone, the Galaxy A55.

Here's What We Know

The update for the Galaxy A55 has started appearing in Europe and has received the build number A556BXXS4AXH4. The new patch fixes 67 vulnerabilities found in Android and One UI. 44 of these fixes apply to all Android devices, while the remaining 23 address vulnerabilities found in Galaxy smartphones and tablets.

Unfortunately, apart from the security fixes, there are no new features for the Galaxy A55 in this update. The new features will likely arrive on this model with the One UI 7.0 update, which should arrive closer to the end of the year.
