The US wants Ukraine to provide a detailed plan for strikes on Russia to lift restrictions on the use of the missiles provided

The United States wants to receive details of a plan from President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on how the Ukrainian Defence Forces will conduct strikes on Russian territory. Only then can they lift restrictions on the use of Western weapons.

According to Bloomberg, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and British Foreign Secretary David Lammy wanted to know Zelenskyy's plan for a long-term war plan for next year. In this way, the United States will better understand Ukraine's needs and will be able to direct Western aid to it.

Bloomberg says that no significant changes are expected this week in the US position on long-range strikes on Russian territory.

It is worth noting that the UK, according to The Guardian, has already decided to allow Ukraine to use Storm Shadow cruise missiles to strike Russian territory.
