Sony and Ballistic Moon Studios have revealed the system requirements for Until Dawn, a remake of the cinematic horror Until Dawn, which will be available on PC for the first time.

Recall, the original game was released in 2015 and is still a PS4 exclusive.

Here's What We Know

Note that the updated game is not too demanding and should run perfectly on low and medium settings even on low-powered PCs. But it is obvious that for top graphics and high frame rate you need a modern computer.

Low settings (720p at 30 fps)

Medium settings (1080p at 60 fps)

  • graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 6600XT;
  • RAM: 16 GB;

High settings (1440p at 60 fps or 4K at 30 fps)

  • operating system: 64-bit Windows 10 or 11;
  • processor: Intel Core i5-8600 or AMD Ryzen 7 2700X;
  • graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 or AMD Radeon RX 6800XT;
  • RAM: 16 GB;
  • NVMe SSD space: 70GB.

Ultra settings (4K at 60 fps)

  • operating system: 64-bit Windows 10 or 11;
  • processor: Intel Core i7-11700K or AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D;
  • graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 6900XT;
  • RAM: 16GB;
  • NVMe SSD space: 70GB.

On PC Until Dawn supports NVIDIA DLSS 3 and AMD FSR 3 image scaling technologies, ray tracing and unlimited frame rate, as well as ultra-wide monitors and all the features of the DualSense gamepad.

When We Can Expect It

Until Dawn remake will be released on 4 October on PC (Steam, EGS) and PlayStation 5.
