One UI 6.1.1.1 update has started rolling out to Galaxy S23 series smartphones

Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy S23 series to more countries. The update was initially released for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra on 5 September, before becoming available for the 2023 flagship models.

Here's What We Know

Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra users in Europe, India, Iraq, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Saudi Arabia can now download the update with firmware version S91xBXXU6CXH7, which is around 2.8GB in size. However, the update does not include the September 2024 security patch.

The new software for the Galaxy S23 lineup is expected to become available in other countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and North America in the coming days. One UI 6.1.1 brings a host of new features and improvements, including new features for Galaxy AI and other UI enhancements.
