Galaxy S24 Ultra outperforms iPhone 16 in battery tests
A recent test conducted by popular tech YouTuber MrWhosetheboss showed that the Galaxy S24 Ultra outperforms the entire iPhone 16 lineup in terms of battery life.
Here's What We Know
In a test that simulated real-world usage scenarios, the Samsung smartphone with a 5000 mAh battery lasted 12 hours and 31 minutes.
The second place went to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, which lasted 11 hours and 22 minutes, which is a significant improvement over the iPhone 15 Pro Max (9 hours and 35 minutes). The rest of the iPhone 16 models also performed well: iPhone 16 Plus - 8 hours and 45 minutes, iPhone 16 Pro and the standard iPhone 16 - 8 hours and 19 minutes each.
Although the iPhone 16 series claims improved battery life, none of the models were able to outperform the Galaxy S24 Ultra, even with Apple's new 3nm chip. This shows that despite technical improvements, battery performance is still Samsung's strong suit.
