The Pixel Buds app now shows up in the Pixel Launcher after the update

Google has updated the Pixel Buds app, making it visible in the Pixel Launcher on Pixel devices.

Here's What We Know

The app was previously hidden, but can now be placed on the home screen for quick access to headphone settings. The 1.0.673625792 update also adds support for the new Pixel Buds Pro 2, which will be available soon.

Users can now choose to place an app icon or widget that displays a live image of the headphones. On other Android devices, the Pixel Buds app icon has always been visible, and only on Google devices has it been hidden. The update is already available for download via Google Play.
