God of War Ragnarok finally launches on computers with less than 6 GB of video memory
We wrote that on 19 September, God of War Ragnarok was finally released on PC. However, some players encountered a serious problem: the game did not run on computers with less than 6 GB of video memory. And now it has been fixed.
Here's What We Know
Ragnarok has received an update on PC, where one of the changes is that the game no longer blocks the launch of the game with less than 6 GB of VRAM.
However, the developers noted that it is still recommended to play God of War with 6 GB of video memory. Otherwise, you may experience performance issues or crashes. In the end, it was noted that you have to play at your own risk.
Among other things, the game has fixed issues with NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex, the interface, and surround sound. The full list of changes can be found at this link.
