The firmware has been released with the names iOS 18.1 Beta 5 and iPadOS 18.1 Beta 5. They can already be installed by users with a developer account. As for the stable release of the software, it should be expected in October.

iOS 18.1 Beta 5 and iPadOS 18.1 Beta 5 contain Apple Intelligence features that are only available on iPhone 15 Pro and the new iPhone 16. The firmwares also contain bug fixes and various optimisations.
