Ryzen 7 8000-series processor and shock-resistant case: Lenovo unveiled the new ThinkBook 16+ Ryzen Edition 2024 laptop
Lenovo has launched a new ThinkBook 16+ Ryzen Edition 2024 laptop in China with a Ryzen 7000-series 8000-series processor and a reinforced chassis.
Here's What We've Seen
The device features an AMD Ryzen 7 8745H processor and is housed in a rugged metal chassis that meets MIL-STD-810H military standards. The laptop has a 16-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen is certified for low blue light and covers 100% of the sRGB colour space, making it suitable for creative professionals.
The ThinkBook 16+ is equipped with 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD for high performance and fast data transfer. Two fans are provided for efficient cooling. In terms of connectivity, the laptop offers a variety of ports including USB-C, USB-A, HDMI 2.1, USB4, Ethernet, microSD card slot and headphone jack.
The laptop is already available for purchase in China at a price of 5,299 yuan (approximately $753 USD).
