Meta to stop selling Quest 2 and Quest Pro by the end of the year

Meta has announced that it will discontinue sales of Quest 2 and Quest Pro headsets by the end of the year to make way for the new Quest 3S, a low-cost model that was unveiled at the annual Connect event.
Here's What We Know
The company noted that the remnants of the previous models will be sold until stocks run out.
Meta also plans to continue selling accessories for Quest 2 and Pro, such as carrying cases and Touch Pro controllers, even after the headsets run out.
Earlier, Meta reduced the price of Quest 2 to $200.
Quest 2 became a popular headset during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Quest Pro failed to become popular despite its initial price of $1,500, which later dropped to $1,000.
