Samsung has officially unveiled the flagship Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra tablets
In addition to the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE smartphone, Samsung has officially announced the release of the new Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra tablets. Unlike previous models, this year the company decided to drop the basic version.
Here's What We've Seen
The Galaxy Tab S10+ features a 12.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with a resolution of 2800 x 1752 pixels, while the Tab S10 Ultra gets a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 2960 x 1848 pixels. Additionally, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has the same anti-reflective display coating as the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Both devices are powered by MediaTek's flagship Dimensity 9300+ processor, which surpasses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 found in the previous Tab S9 line-up. The Galaxy Tab S10+ has a 10090mAh battery, while the Tab S10 Ultra has a 11200mAh battery. Both have support for charging up to 45W. Apart from this, the Tab S10 Ultra supports Wi-Fi 7, while the Tab S10+ is limited to Wi-Fi 6E. The tablets have been given IP68 water and dust protection and a reinforced aluminium body.
Both tablets feature 12 MP main cameras and 8 MP ultra-wide cameras, along with 12 MP front cameras. The Tab S10 Ultra additionally has a dual front camera with regular and ultra-wide lenses.
The tablets will be updated and improved over 7 years, receiving security updates until 2031 and all Android versions up to version 21. The devices will be sold in 12/256GB and 12/512GB versions with the S Pen stylus included and in Moonstone Grey and Platinum Silver colour options. The Tab S10 Ultra will also be available in 16GB RAM and 1TB ROM variant.
Prices in Europe for the Galaxy Tab S10+ will start at €1119, while the Tab S10 Ultra will start at €1339. Pre-orders are already open and actual sales will start from 3 October.
