Xiaomi has unveiled the Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro+ with curved displays, IP69 protection and batteries up to 6200mAh
Following the Redmi Note 14, Xiaomi has also revealed two more models in the series , the Redmi Note 14 Pro and the Redmi Note 14 Pro+.
Here's What We Know
The new products got curved AMOLED displays measuring 6.67 inches. The panels have 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 3000 nits peak brightness and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. Fingerprint scanners are embedded in the panels. The phones also support HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.
In terms of cameras, the Redmi Note 14 Pro and Pro+ are equipped with three modules. The top-end model has a 50 MP main sensor (instead of the predecessor's 200 MP). It is complemented by a 50 MP telephoto lens with a 60mm focal length and 2.5x optical zoom, as well as an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The Note 14 Pro has the same main and ultra-wide-angle cameras, but the third has a 2 MP resolution. On the front, both phones have 20 MP front sensors.
Under the bonnet, the Redmi Note 14 Pro and Pro+ are powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 and Dimensity 7300 Ultra processors respectively. The former model comes with 12GB of RAM, while the latter has 16GB of RAM. The Pro+ model has a massive 6200 mAh silicon-carbon battery with 90W charging support. While the Pro variant is powered by a 5500mAh battery with 45W charging. Both the new products come with Android 14 based on HyperOS. The devices have also received IP69 water and dust protection.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro+ can already be ordered in China. The first novelty costs from $199, and the second - from $270.
