Pixel Buds Pro 2 get noise control in Android 15 volume menu
Google has announced the launch of Noise Control for Pixel Buds Pro 2, which is now available in the Android 15 volume menu.
Here's What We Know
In Android 15, the volume menu has become more convenient: it appears at the bottom of the screen and collapses to the media bar during audio playback.
Initially, the panel did not support Pixel Buds Pro controls, but now, by tapping on the three dots at the bottom of the slider, users can find a new Noise Control feature alongside the Spatial Audio and Live Subtitles options. This feature allows users to switch between noise reduction, transparency, and mute modes.
Noise control works for both Pixel Buds Pro and the new Pixel Buds Pro 2.
Spatial audio now has three settings: mute, fixed audio, and head tracking. Live subtitles remain available in the settings menu. Users can also quickly access the noise control feature via the Pixel Battery widget.
