The first footage of the new ColorOS 15 and OxygenOS 15 interfaces being tested has surfaced
Recent leaks from Chinese social media sites like Weibo have revealed the look and other features of the upcoming ColorOS 15 and OxygenOS 15 updates.
Here's What We Know
One of the key new features will be the Fluid Cloud feature, similar to Apple's Dynamic Island, but with the ability to display up to four apps at once. This feature will show active tasks, such as music playback or a recording timer, and will allow users to customise tap actions.
Significant improvements to animations are also expected, including wallpaper scaling and improved blurring to make transitions between apps smoother.
The updated Control Centre will include two modes: classic and split, reminiscent of iOS and HyperOS. Users will also be able to customise glass effects, font styles and clock colours on the lock screen.
ColorOS 15 will be officially announced on 17 October at OPPO's developer conference in China. Since OxygenOS 15 is a renamed version of ColorOS 15, all these features will be available on OnePlus smartphones as well.
