Redmi Note 14 Pro+ set a first-week sales record for all Android smartphones in 2024

Xiaomi has announced that the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ has set a sales record among all 2024 Android smartphones in its first week. While exact numbers are not disclosed, the achievement is a testament to the device's popularity among buyers looking for flagship features at an affordable price.

Here's What We Know

One of the key factors behind the success of the Redmi Note 14 Pro range has been the high durability of the smartphones. The Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+ devices have an IP69 rating, which provides protection against dust, water and even high-pressure jets.

To keep the interest up to the new models, Xiaomi has extended the good deals on the purchase of the first Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+ until October 14, offering an extended warranty including a one-year warranty on the screen, battery and water protection, as well as a 5-year battery warranty. During the first year, buyers can replace the phone completely.

To recall, the Note 14 Pro+ smartphone features a 6.67-inch OLED display with up to 3000 nits of brightness, Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The camera includes a 50 MP main sensor, a 50 MP telephoto lens and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. The 6200mAh battery supports 90W fast charging.
