Lava has launched a new Agni 3 5G smartphone, which stands out for having a second AMOLED screen on the back.

Here's What We Know

The primary screen on the device is a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The secondary screen, dubbed the "Instascreen", is 1.74 inches and allows you to answer calls, view notifications, take selfies with the main camera and use important apps.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300X processor, 8GB of RAM and is available in versions with 128GB or 256GB of inbuilt storage. The device runs on a clean version of Android 14 and will get 3 years of software updates and 4 years of security updates

For photography enthusiasts, there is a 50 MP main camera with OIS, 8 MP ultra-wide and 8 MP telephoto lens. The front camera has a 16 MP resolution. The 5000 mAh battery supports 66W fast charging.

Apart from this Agni 3 5G has an in-screen fingerprint sensor, a dedicated button that can be assigned multiple actions, IP64 protection and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos.

The model with 8GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage is priced at around $252. Pre-orders are already open in India and sales will start on 8 October.
