Netflix has revealed the premiere date of the film adaptation of Gabriel García Márquez's cult novel One Hundred Years of Solitude.
Here's What We Know
The series will be released on 11 December on Netflix streaming service and will tell the story of the Buendía family, who lived in the author's fictional city of Macondo.
The plot of the work is not historically accurate, but is based on real events that took place in Colombia and covers the period from the early 1800s to the early 1900s.
One Hundred Years of Solitude, inspired by Gabriel García Márquez's masterpiece, is coming December 11.
