Casio introduces new stylish G-Shock GM-B2100SD watch with Bluetooth and solar charging

Casio has introduced a new GM-B2100SD-1A watch model in Japan, which is available for pre-order.

Here's What We Know

This device is part of the G-Shock Full Metal line and is almost identical to the previous GM-B2100D-1A model, which was released in 2022. However, it features a more contrasting design that makes it easier to read.

The GM-B2100SD-1A has a dark grey background with silver accents such as hands and dial. Both models offer Bluetooth functionality for automatic time setting, reminders, and phone search. In addition, the new model features dual LED backlighting, an energy-saving mode and reliable solar charging, which provides up to seven months of battery life.

The watch is available for pre-order for 84,700 yen (approximately $572), while the older model costs 77,000 yen (approximately $520).

The official release of the GM-B2100SD-1A is scheduled for the end of October, with sales in other countries to follow later.
