Resident Evil 2 Remake will be released on iPhone, Mac and iPad before the end of 2024: pre-order is now open on the App Store
Capcom has revealed the release date for the remake of cult horror game Resident Evil 2 (2019) on Apple devices.
Here's What We Know
The Japanese publisher intends to release the game by the end of 2024.
It will be available on iPhone 15 Pro or Mac and iPad with M1 chip or newer and will take up 22.1 GB of free space.
A constant internet connection is required to play the horror game.
Pre-orders are already open on the App Store.

Later, Capcom will offer players the opportunity to test the game before buying it by going through the introductory part for free.
As a reminder, Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 4 (2023) and Resident Evil 7 were previously released on iPhone, Mac and iPad. They showed extremely weak sales, but Capcom has not given up the idea of porting its games to Apple devices.
