Redmi Watch 5 Active has entered the European market

Xiaomi has introduced its new smartwatch, the Redmi Watch 5 Active, which is already available in several European countries. Before entering the European market, the watch made its debut on 27 August in India.

The Redmi Watch 5 Active has a square watch face with curved edges and a convenient physical button. It has a large 2-inch display with a brightness of 500 nits and water resistance up to 5 ATM with an IPX8 rating.

The watch is equipped with a round-the-clock heart rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, sleep tracker, and has features for women, including a menstrual cycle tracker and a breathing reminder. Support for more than 140 sport modes and automatic activity detection add even more convenience.

The built-in speaker and microphone allow you to make voice calls via Bluetooth. Redmi Watch 5 Active runs on Xiaomi's new HyperOS operating system. Other features include SOS, privacy lock, theatre mode, torch, and built-in Alexa. With a 470mAh battery, the device offers up to 18 days of battery life on a single charge.

The watch is already available in the Netherlands and Germany for €32.99, while in the UK it is available for £29.99. In other European countries, such as France and Spain, the price is €39.99.
