An instant success: Metaphor: ReFantazio sold 1 million copies on the day of release

On 11 October, Metaphor: ReFantazio, a JRPG created by the authors of the popular Persona and Shin Megami Tensei series, was released. And on the first day, the game showed high sales.

Here's What We Know

On the day of its release alone, Metaphor: ReFantazio sold one million copies on all platforms. The game also received 93 points from critics on Metacritic.

In Metaphor: ReFantazio, the protagonist and his companions will have to go on a dangerous journey to find the Prince and break the curse, and thus end the bloody war of succession.

Players will find a comprehensive combat system, a huge number of unique enemies, vivid characters, a rich plot, deep dialogues and excellent visuals.

The game is available on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4/5, and Xbox Series.
