The unannounced Redmi A3 Pro has appeared on a Kenyan online shop
The new Redmi A3 Pro smartphone has unexpectedly appeared in the range of a Kenyan online shop, despite no official announcement from Xiaomi. The company has not previously unveiled models such as the A2 Pro or A1 Pro, so the A3 Pro will be the first model in the series.
Here's What We Know
The images of the device on the website look unofficial, which may raise questions, but the A3 Pro was previously mentioned in the HyperOS firmware code, so the appearance of the smartphone could very well be real.
The device features a 6.88-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a Helio G81 Ultra processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The camera has been given a 50 MP primary sensor. There is no information about the second sensor. The battery capacity is 5160 mAh and security is provided by a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The price of the device in Kenya is 13,999 Kenyan shillings (about 100 euros or 110 US dollars). There is no information about global sales of the smartphone.
