Apple unveils new iPad Mini tablet with A17 Pro chip, fast processor and enhanced Apple Inteligence functionality
Apple has unveiled a new tablet of the iPad Mini line and revealed its main characteristics.

On 23 October, the company will release the first new iPad Mini from 2021.
It will get the A17 Pro chip, which according to the manufacturer is 30 per cent faster than the last model, 25 per cent faster data processing graphics processor and has a neural accelerator twice as fast, compared to the last iPad Mini. This last point is especially important for those who plan to make more use of the full capabilities of Apple Inteligence.
Thanks to the increased technical capabilities, the new iPad Mini may appeal to gaming enthusiasts, as it supports accelerated ray tracing and is generally great for running high-end games.
The tablet has a diagonal of 8.3 inches. The device features a Liquid Retina display and supports the new Apple Pencil Pro.
The storage capacity of the new iPad Mini has been increased from 64GB to 128GB. The device features a 12-megapixel widescreen camera with support for Smart HDR 4 technology.
In addition to the usual colours "Space Gray" and "Starlight" buyers will be offered two new colours of the iPad Mini body - soft shades of blue and purple.
The cost of iPad Mini with A17 Pro chip will be $499.
