Goodbye Exynos and Dimensity: all Galaxy S25 smartphones will only get the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip

According to a reputed insider Ice Universe, all Samsung Galaxy S25 models will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.

Here's What We Know

Samsung is apparently no longer considering using Exynos 2500 or MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chips for the new S25 series and this means that even in Europe, users will get devices with Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.

Earlier, there were rumours about the possible use of different processors for different regions, but now it has become clear that all Galaxy S25 models including the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra will only feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite. These smartphones are expected to go on sale in the first quarter of next year, probably in January.
