M4 chip, 64GB RAM and up to 8TB storage - Amazon has leaked details of the new Mac mini model

Apple is having a week of big announcements. Yesterday, the company unveiled a new iMac with M4 chip, updated Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse, and shared other important news.

The American giant is expected to unveil the updated Mac mini in the coming days, but thanks to a leak from Amazon, the detailed specifications of the new computer are already known.

Here's What We Know

On Amazon briefly appeared a page comparing iMac M4 and Mac Studio and here's what became known:

• the novelty will be available with M4 and M4 Pro chips;
• iMac will be equipped with a 14-core CPU and 20-core GPU;
• the device will get up to 64 GB of RAM, which is double the current limit of 32 GB;
• Mac mini will have up to 8TB of inbuilt storage, the same as the previous model;
• Mac mini will get two USB ports and most likely they will be Thunderbolt 4 ports.

The new product will come to the market in Silver colour.

Mac mini is likely to be unveiled on 30 October 2024.
