Of course, visual novels are definitely not a genre that can be recommended to the average gamer, but they still have their fans, who generally agree that Steins;Gate is one of the best representatives of the genre. Soon we will see another extended version - Steins;Gate Re:Boot.

Here's What We Know

MAGES has announced a new remake of the original Steins;Gate, which debuted in 2009. The updated visual novel will retain the original art style while improving the visuals and adding new story content. The scope of these additions and improvements has not yet been revealed.

Steins;Gate Re:Boot is scheduled for release in Japan in 2025, but specific release dates, platforms, and confirmation of a Western release have not yet been announced.
