Xiaomi releases Smart Band 9 Pro: up to 21 days of battery life, over 150 sports modes, and built-in GPS

Today, on 29 October, at the Xiaomi presentation, the company announced a new fitness tracker - Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro.

Smart Band 9 Pro has a 1.74-inch AMOLED display that provides up to 1200 nits of brightness, which is twice as much as its predecessor. The aluminium case is available in three colours: black, gold, and pink.

The device is water resistant to 5 ATM, which allows it to be worn while swimming, and it is lightweight at just 24.5 grams.

With the new tracker, users can enjoy up to 21 days of battery life.

The Band 9 Pro supports over 150 sport modes and features built-in GPS for tracking jogging and cycling without being tied to a smartphone. It also has improved sleep tracking and heart rate monitoring.

Currently, the Smart Band 9 Pro is only available in China for a price of 399 yuan (approximately 52 euros) for the sports strap version. The global launch of this model is still unknown.
