Here's What We Know
According to analysts, Indian engineers are already working on prototypes that must meet the quality standards set in California.
Although the new features and changes for the iPhone 17 have not yet been presented, analyst Jeff Pu named the possible characteristics of the base model.
- 6.1-inch display,
- A19 chip,
- 8 GB of RAM
- updated 24-megapixel front camera.
- Two rear cameras are also expected, including a 48-megapixel Fusion and a 12-megapixel Ultra Wide camera, as well as an aluminium body.
Despite the innovations, the basic iPhone 17 will not be a significant upgrade over the previous model. The main development for the Pro versions will still take place in China.
The new iPhones will be on the market in September 2025.
