Romania may allow shooting down drones that violate the country's airspace

A new bill in Romania, if supported, would allow shooting down Russian drones that illegally violate its airspace.
Here's What We Know
The draft law, which was put up for public discussion the day before, provides for a number of measures regarding UAVs: they are proposed to be destroyed, neutralised or taken under control depending on the level of threat.
It is important to note that destruction should be considered a last resort.
The project also provides options for responding to manned aircraft that have crossed Romanian airspace. These include aircraft identification, contact attempts, interception, and warning shots.
If the aircraft commits an attack or reacts aggressively to interception, it is proposed to destroy it.
