Post-apocalyptic shooter Chernobylite is coming to Nintendo Switch
Polish studio The Farm 51 announced the release of the shooter with survival elements Chernobylite on yet another platform.
Here's What We Know
In the near future, users of Nintendo Switch hybrid consoles will be able to dive into the research of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone.
Buyers will be offered two editions of Chernobylite - standard with all free updates and premium edition with two DLC, artbook and soundtrack in digital format.
The developer showed a special trailer, but, unfortunately, did not name the exact release date of the game.
Recall, Chernobylite was released in 2019 and received mostly positive reviews, although it was not a hit. Players are invited to explore the gloomy locations of the Zone, learn creepy secrets, engage in fights with bandits and various monsters and, of course, collect the mineral "Chernobylite", rendered in the name of the game.
Conceptually, the game resembles S.T.A.L.K.E.R. from the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World, but with much less emphasis on realism and immersiveness.
Asequel to Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zoneis in development and is due out in 2025.
