A few months ago, it was reported that Microsoft is developing an artificial intelligence-based chatbot that will provide technical support for users in the Xbox ecosystem for deep user interaction with the Xbox ecosystem. It was reported that the chatbot will be presented in the form of an animated character and will be able to respond to both text requests and voice commands, and respond to them in a detailed manner. And communication begins with the phrase: "How can I help you today?".

Here's What We Know

In the blog Xbox Wire senior product manager at Microsoft Gaming Megha Dudani said that the chatbot based on artificial intelligence was called Support Virtual Agent and it is already being tested by participants of the programme Xbox Insider from the United States, and soon they will be able to join them and users from other countries.

Meghi Dudani noted that the chatbot is designed to "help Xbox players more efficiently resolve their support-related gaming issues," it "quickly accesses information from support.xbox.com to answer questions regarding support for Xbox consoles and games."

No other gaming platform has a similar AI assistant, so Microsoft could be the first to offer gamers a unique experience.
