The Honor Magic 7 series broke sales records on the first day of launch.

Here's What We Know

Sales of the Honor Magic 7 series began on 8 November at 10:08 a.m., and within a few hours they attracted a lot of attention from consumers. The smartphones are equipped with a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and advanced artificial intelligence features, making them a significant step forward compared to the previous series.

The Honor Magic 7 is available in five colours, and the Pro model in four. These smartphones have OLED displays with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, support 5G and satellite connectivity. The Magic 7 cameras are equipped with a 50MP triple lens, while the Pro model has a 200MP periscopic telephoto lens with 100x zoom. Both smartphones feature advanced AI capabilities for photography, a 50MP front-facing camera, and a ToF Pro sensor for 3D face recognition.

In terms of battery life, the Magic 7 has a 5650 mAh battery and the Pro has a 5850 mAh battery. Both support 100W wired charging and 80W wireless charging, and Honor's Qinghai Lake technology extends battery life. The smartphones also feature IP68/69 ratings, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi 7 and satellite messaging.

Prices for the Magic 7 range from US$626 to US$933, depending on the model and configuration.
