Google Docs introduces image generation with the latest Imagen 3 via Gemini AI
Google continues to evolve its Gemini AI platform by adding new features to its apps and services, especially its Workspace suite.
Here's What We Know
One such service is Google Docs, which is now integrated with DeepMind's Imagen 3 image generation model. This integration allows users to create images directly within documents, making it much easier to search and edit images.
Google Docs users can now insert images generated from text queries by setting size and aspect ratio parameters. Various image styles are available, such as photo, vector art, sketch, watercolour and cyberpunk. The feature will be available to subscribers of paid Google AI plans such as Gemini Business, Gemini Enterprise and others. The feature is expected to become available in the coming weeks.
