Oppo confirms Reno 13 series design, specs and colours: 50MP camera, curved display and up to 1TB of storage
Oppo has announced the launch of the Reno 13 series of smartphones to be held on 25 November in China. Pre-orders are already open on Oppo's official website and other online stores.
Here's What We Know
Reno 13 Pro will have a curved screen with thin bezels, while the standard model will have a flat display with slightly wider bezels. The screen sizes are 6.59 inches for Reno 13 and 6.83 inches for Reno 13 Pro.
The Reno 13 Pro is equipped with a 50MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera and 50MP telephoto. Both the Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro are expected to feature a 50-megapixel front-facing camera
The Reno 13 Pro has already been tested in Geekbench with the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor, but new reports indicate that the smartphone will receive an improved Dimensity 8350 chipset. This processor will retain the architecture of its predecessor, but will have optimised characteristics.
As for the Reno 13, no details about its chipset have been released yet. The camera and processor specifications of the standard version are not yet known.
Colours and configurations
Both smartphones will be available in Midnight Black and Butterfly Purple colours. Additionally, Reno 13 will be available in Galaxy Blue and Reno 13 Pro in Starlight Pink.
The series models will have several memory options:
- Reno 13: from 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage to 16 GB + 256 GB.
- Reno 13 Pro: up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage.
