Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 may not get an updated design like the Galaxy Fold SE model
It is reported that the Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 will probably not get the updates introduced in the Galaxy Fold Special Edition (SE) model.
Here's What We Know
The SE version, released for the Chinese and South Korean markets, includes a wider display, improved cameras, and a slimmer profile. However, according to insider Ross Young, these improvements will not be carried over to the Galaxy Fold 7. Meanwhile, the next Fold SE model will get the same design as the current model.

It's possible Samsung could expand the availability of the next-gen Galaxy Fold SE to more markets, but at a higher price.
While Chinese manufacturers like Honor and Vivo continue to improve their foldable devices, Samsung faces stiff competition and the need to innovate. Samsung's new foldable devices are expected to be unveiled in mid-2025, but significant improvements to the next version of the Galaxy Fold 7 are likely not expected.
