On November 21, Star Wars Outlaws will be released on Steam, and at the same time, the developers told us about a large-scale update that awaits the game.
Here's What We Know
Update 1.4 will also be available on 21 November and will add the following to the game:
- Headshots are now "more useful"
- Updated health and armour stats to make different enemy types "more distinct"
- Enemies have new weaknesses
- Enemies have new animations and reactions to blows
- Recoil, rate of fire, ammunition, and accuracy have been changed for each weapon
- Some weapons, such as the Ashiga ABR-2 Zato Blaster Rifle, have received completely redesigned firing patterns
- The Force module now allows you to shoot through cover
- The Ion module now distracts enemies longer
- You no longer drop picked up weapons while climbing
- You can choose which shoulder the camera will be pointed at
It is also important that the authors have removed forced stealth from almost all quest tasks. Instead of failing and starting over from the checkpoint, you just go straight into the battle.
So now playing Star Wars Outlaws should be more comfortable.
