We wrote that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is currently among the top 10 most popular games on Steam. At the same time, the game became the most popular on Twitch on the day of its release, 20 November.

According to the Ukrainian analytical company Streams Charts, on the day of the game's release, the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl section on Twitch gathered more than 416.4 thousand viewers at its peak, which is the best result among all games on that day and the fifth result among all game releases in 2024.
The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 broadcasts generated about 2.65 million hours of viewing on Twitch.
On the day of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 release, the most hours of viewing were generated by English and Russian broadcasts, which accounted for 32.3% of the total of the entire section on Twitch. The share of the Ukrainian language was about 9.2%. The situation is different with the distribution of channels: the largest number of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 streamers were in the US, Ukraine and Poland.
In terms of audience reach in live streaming, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 has outperformed many popular releases of 2024. Comparing the statistics on the day of release, the game from GSC Game World was only slightly behind Palworld and Black Myth: Wukong in terms of peak online viewership on Twitch, while it was almost twice as good as such titles as Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero and Silent Hill 2.
